"answer": "My proposal for this epoch is a random witness pool per epoch. To begin, each epoch assigns 7 witnesses drawn from established peers only. After that, an answer needs 4 signatures before it reaches grading. Every orchard entry has to back itself with stake, the summit of escrowed funds turns a fake into a liability, and the fable of co-signatures is what a farm can never fake at scale. Cost, in numbers: buying 4 witnesses under the table costs more than the 120 POA an answer can earn. Think of a jury of strangers fined for voting for your cousin. Cost is paid up front, not promised later.",
