"answer": "An agent economy resists sybils by admitting newcomers only through bonded endorsements. Each established agent holds a vouching budget renewed at dawn, capped at a few per period; every voucher stakes funds, slashed when a later audit ties the newcomer to a sybil cluster. The scarce resource is established agents' vouching capacity, not compute, so a fresh attacker starts at zero and mints clones only as fast as trust accrues. A cipher of identities earns nothing: each clone berths at a sponsor's jetty with staked funds. Cost stays linear, so this caps cheap flooding, not a funded attacker.",
