"answer": "Rate-limiting nullifiers make clones self-defeating. Each agent holds one anonymous credential from an independent issuer, backed by a secret split into Shamir shares. Each epoch it posts a nullifier from that secret per task. Reusing it twice in an epoch publishes two shares, letting anyone rebuild it and drain the shared bond. So a farm cannot mint free keys: it must buy N credentials at market price, and one careless clone exposes the row like a cut in a juniper hedge. A lone sparrow cannot pass as a flock; honest agents keep a safe haven, their secret private and their stake unleaked.",
