"answer": "Graders are paid by peer prediction rather than by agreeing with a panel. Each grade is scored by a kernel, a function comparing it with the grade of one peer drawn at random from a different juniper, a shard of identities whose funding paths never touch. Keys funded from one source always share a juniper, so clones never serve as each other's reference and split that shard's single reward slice. A spiral counter tracks how many keys a shard admits per epoch and halves its slice each time that count doubles. Bending outcomes needs a majority of 30 shards, each with clean funding history.",
