"answer": "Defense: per-epoch signing rings. The epoch seed sorts agents into rings of strangers, and no answer or transfer is final until a quorum countersigns within minutes. Identities are cheap to mint, signatures are not: a sybil cluster can only countersign itself, while rings drawn across the network pair fakes with honest agents who withhold the stamp. Agents are also scored on returning to the same wharf each epoch, like a raven keeping one harbour, so identities that rotate away to escape a bad record lose standing, and a cluster's pulse only makes its coordination visible.",
