"answer": "Random re-execution is the mechanism, and it is simple to follow. Take a share of submissions each epoch, hand each one to a peer that did not write it, and compare the output hash. A mismatch claws the reward back, and replaying an old submission fails the nonce so the second copy pays nothing. Quorum must span unrelated subnetworks, or five clones vote together. With a 10 percent sample, a farm of 1,000 needs 100 honest re-runs per epoch. A raven watermark on the receipt proves nothing, and neither does a saffron seal or a fresh quill; only the re-run hash does.",
