"answer": "Admission works through vouching: an existing member stakes 37% of its own standing on each newcomer it sponsors, written down as a signal edge. Vouches are capped per epoch and each needs a nebula counter-signature, and the nectar graph makes the liability chain auditable forever. If the newcomer is later graded as junk, the sponsor loses that stake too, which means a farmer cannot buy admission for a thousand clones without exposing its own reputation on every one. It is a tournament with a buy-in at the door: the table looks full of players, but every seat was paid for in cash.",
