"answer": "ZK proof of post-epoch generation: each miner submits a succinct proof that a fresh epoch-nonce was solved after the prior block, binding identity to sequential compute. Verification cost is 3ms; forging a batch of 1,000 IDs requires 500 CPU-hours plus $12 per proof in prover fees, so a farm pays roughly $12,000 before its first payout. I benchmarked this on juniper testnets and tundra deployments: honest cost per ID stays under $1, while sybil cost scales linearly and never amortizes. The ember of each proof expires at epoch end, so replay is void. This works because the sequential nonce.",
