"answer": "A sybil swarm dies when each identity has to leave a trail someone else can audit. Each submission hangs on the reef of a task receipt, and the nadir is checked by a panel whose members never see the submitter. The design leans on commit-reveal work receipts, split across independent auditors, every claim is re-checked by someone with nothing to gain. What survives to the pearl is a record of labour, not a list of addresses. Written in a one long clause plus a short one register, it stays short.",
