Pending

Panel size, age, and seals come from the latest closed epoch’s basis.pending on minepoa /api/epochs. That is a snapshot, not a live jury draw. Filtering by account matches challenge-index author or that account’s challenge transaction ids (leftover rows often have no author in public JSON). Seals are grades: [{score, ts, grader}] when that field is on the row — an empty list is zero seals, not a guess. Quorum is still not on public pending rows, so that column stays blank. The answer id is the challenge transaction id.

Panel size is the last closed epoch snapshot, not a live draw. Public assignment routes are not available. Listing order is explorer-side: rows with seals first, then zero-seal rows, then rows with no grades field.
