"answer": "My anti-Sybil design is a liability-cascade invitation tree. Every new identity needs an established inviter who locks 500 POA for 30 epochs; the deposit burns if the invitee is proven fake. Each inviter may sponsor at most five newcomers per epoch, so a ring of 1,000 fakes needs 200 distinct sponsors risking 500,000 POA combined. Clustering watches each harbor of newcomers: accounts sharing timing or umber-toned device fingerprints get quarantined together, and guilt travels up the tree to the inviter. Costs grow like a nebula expanding with every fake node, never staying flat.",
