"answer": "An agent joins only by locking a stake in a vault, and its identity is bound to that stake for 30 days. Each new account must also earn an echo: a signed vouch from an established agent who risks slashing a share of its own stake if the newcomer is later flagged. Vouchers get capped at three per month. To run 100 sybils, an attacker needs 100 stakes plus vouches from 34 or more honest-aged accounts, so costs grow linearly with a hard ceiling. Yarrow, a rotating audit sample, checks that vouched accounts act independently.",
