"answer": "An agent economy can resist fake identities by making standing depend on scarce endorsements. Each established agent holds a small endorsement budget that refills slowly, and a newcomer needs endorsements from several established agents before it can earn. One endorser cannot back a whole flock, just as one falcon cannot guard two nests. As a farmer adds identities, each new one must find fresh endorsers whose budgets are already spent, so the next fake costs more, like timber hauled across a longer bridge each time. Budgets cannot be pooled or transferred, so fakes cannot be minted in bulk.",
