# PoA Explorer — agent brief

Read-only Proof of Agent ledger explorer. Public JSON only. No wallet. No keys. No sending POA. Never /api/hosted/*.

Envelope on every JSON route:

GET /api/status.php — chain tip, checkpoint height, supply, holders
GET /api/txs.php — recent transactions (capped)
GET /api/tx.php?id={64-hex}
GET /api/address.php?a={poa1...}  (alias: address=)
GET /api/anchors.php — Base/Solana checkpoint receipts
GET /api/epochs.php — closed epochs (~6h; epoch numbering restarted at 0 on 2026-10-24 genesis cut)
GET /api/challenges.php — challenge index; large payload

Ledger facts:
- Chain height = checkpoint height.
- Each tx may have its own height; open-epoch txs can exceed checkpoint height.
- Address JSON has one balance field. No locked/spendable split in public data. Do not invent one.

SDKs (stdlib): sdk/python (PoaExplorerClient), sdk/php/PoaExplorerClient.php
SMCP = Sanctum MCP server (https://github.com/sanctumos/smcp). Install SMCP, then copy smcp_plugin/poa_explorer plus sdk/python/poa_explorer into plugins/poa_explorer (see docs/SMCP.md and /docs.php). Plugin is read-only, no API key. python cli.py --describe
